1: If the client cancels after agreement, any completed preparatory work or materials, plus a cancellation fee of 20% of the canceled works, may apply.
2: If the client delays the start by more than 30 days, material price changes or rescheduling fees may apply based on the new start date.
3: Payments are due within 5 days of invoicing, except for the final invoice, which is due within 15 days to allow for final review by the architect or surveyor. ; overdue payments will incur 5% interest per month.
4: If plaster, paint, or related material prices rise by over 5% before the start, the quote may be revised.
5: Any extra finishing (e.g., additional plaster coats or special paint) must be agreed in writing with cost adjustments.
6: If work is paused by the client for more than 10 days, remobilization and material storage fees may apply.
7: A warranty on plaster and paint finish is provided as per Maltese law or industry standards.
8: Scaffolding, high-ups, and lifters are not included in the prices.
9: The client is responsible for providing all necessary permissions for parking and scaffolding.
10: The client must provide a toilet and arrange a designated break area for the workmen.
11: Water and electricity must be provided by the client, and the cost of water and electricity is not included.
12: Any disputes arising from this agreement or quotation will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta.
